See it in your mind ... Now make it concrete.

In order for us to begin, we must first estimate your project.  Please email or fax your drawings (they can be rough sketches) and indicate the following:

• Length, width, and depth of the concrete surfaces (not cabinet dimensions)

• Location of walls

• Location of backsplashes if needed, including the height you desire, and the approximate locations of any electrical box cutouts

• Location of cutouts for sinks, or, if you prefer, an integral sink (cast into the counter itself)

• For fireplaces, indicate the dimensions of the firebox

• Email photographs of the areas if possible

Our pricing is based on square footage, so please make sure that all dimensions are noted on your drawings.  Also, please note if you need your project by a specific time. We will be able to tell you when we prepare your estimate if we can meet your deadline or not.

We can start your project (including templating if necessary) once we receive your initial down payment and signed work order.

Lead time to installation is typically 7 weeks after templating.

Our progress billing schedule is:  50% (product only) down payment to begin, 25% after product casting, and the final 25% of product plus applicable delivery and installation upon project completion.  We do accept major credit cards..

Once your project is close to finishing, we will contact you for an installation appointment, if one has not been set already, or a shipping address. The final installment of your contract is due at the time of installation or upon delivery.
