is a challenging medium, which requires experience, dedication and
knowledge. We are artisans that take pride in our one-of-a-kind,
hand-crafted creations. Our integral colored concrete offers an
unlimited choice of color and shape, yet is extremely strong and
durable. The full spectrum of colors we offer allow and empower our
clients to use color creatively to reflect their own style and vision. Company History In 1997, after running the gamut of what design build contracting had to offer, Mat Rogers decided to specialize and focus his abilities in colored concrete products and founded Flying Turtle Cast Concrete. His work was instantly well received. Throughout the past ten years, Mr. Rogers has designed and installed a wide variety of concrete projects and has never been in short supply of customers. Mat's unique techniques provide a concrete look that is a hit with the largest and most prestigious architectural design companies in the world. The company relocated from San Francisco to Modesto in January of 2001. This move was motivated by the need for larger space to accommodate the flow of work. This year, Mat completed construction of our showcase home. Located at 1013 Enslen Avenue in Modesto, California, the home combines modern architectural style with the beauty and versatility of concrete from floor to ceiling, Private tours are available by appointment, and we host an Open House the first Thursday of every month from 6:30-9:30 pm. Enjoy wine, cheese, and hors d'oeuvres, and meet Mat, who will be happy to assist you in designing unique and beautiful concrete elements for your home or business.
